Meet The Team
Toni Mitchell
I have been working in the care industry for over 15 years.
I have managed four extra-care schemes in Mendip and I was a Registered Care Manager for a domiciliary care agency in Bath.
I managed supported living housing for people with learning difficulties in Mendip and also supported living for Rethink in Somerset.
Before opening Aspire@Rossholme I Managed a day service for adults with learning difficulties in Radstock.
I have been a foster carer for many years which naturally progressed to becoming a shared lives carer.
Steve Mitchell
In my previous job roles I have run my own business and I worked as a heating engineer.
I have been a foster carer for many years which naturally progressed to becoming a shared lives carer.

Before working at Aspire@Rossholme I worked in admin roles as well as a Dance Teacher for ages 3-35 after graduating Performing Arts School.
I have lived with my parents, Toni & Steve Mitchell who have been foster carers and Shared Lives carers for many years and have helped them out.
When I was in school I volunteered at a summer school for adults with learning difficulties.

I started my career working with children and families many years ago.
I then moved onto Supported Living for adults with learning disabilities for 15 years before joining Aspire@Rossholme.

I started at Aspire@Rossholme through work placement whilst I was studying at Bridgwater College in 2021, when I finished my last year at Bridgwater College I stayed working at Aspie@Rossholme.
